Revenue at Canada Goose was 26.1 million Canadian dollars in comparison to 71.1 million in the same quarter last year.
As a result of store closures and reduced store hours due to the ongoing Covid-19 disruptions, Direct to Consumer revenue has decreased from 34.8 million Canadian Dollars to 10.4 million Canadian dollars with wholesale revenue also taking a hit from 35.6 million to 8.7 million Canadian dollars.
The company has stated that although there has been a gradual improvement in performance, the effects of Covid-19 are expected to negatively impact the second quarter of fiscal 2021 with a significant revenue decline expected.
