The company will be responsible for the management, commercialisation and asset management of the El Parque Shopping Center, in Ciudad Real, Spain.
The El Parque Shopping Center, which was inaugurated in 1991, has a surface area of 46,800sq m, of which 19,740sq m is leasable. The centre boasts 920 parking spaces and is home to 39 stores, including brands such as Merkal, Bijou Birigette and Game, as well as a Carrefour hypermarket which currently occupies around 70 per cent of the total area.
