The retail concept – designed by Loewe Creative Director Jonathan Anderson – aims to offer an “eclectic blend” of fashion, art and design.
Located in the Gangnam Apgujeong neighbourhood, the store is adjacent to other luxury outlets such as Loro Piana, Hublot and Louis Vuitton.
The 433sq m, three-storey retail space offers the full range of men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, alongside bags, shoes, small leather goods, eyewear, home scents and other accessories.
It also features a series of artist-designed handbags and baskets, including works by Bamboo artist Hafu Matsumoto and Japanese artist Tanabe Chikuunsai 4th, which are available exclusively at the new store.
The shop’s exterior is vibrant green ceramic, with cool concrete walls to break the outdoor heat. Touches of oak, brass, marble and blue and brown tiles reflect the playful style often found in Anderson’s designs.
