Celebration Pointe Opens Retail Leasing for Second Phase

The 1.5 million square foot food and entertainment based centre is now recruiting new tenants to occupy its Phase 2.

Zall Company is handling the leasing for Phase 2 of the project. The Denver-based company has previously introduced brands such as REI, Cheesecake Factory, and Anthropologie to the Gainesville market, the region where Celebration Pointe is located. Stuart Zall, President of Zall Company is eager to bring a selection of engaging and exciting brands to the project, whose tenants already include Bass Pro Shops, Dave & Busters, Nike Factory Store, a Luxury Seating Regal Cinema and Hotel Indigo.

Given the circumstances of the Coronavirus pandemic, Celebration Pointe emerged healthy and is already set to open a number of new restaurants including Prime and Pearl Spurriers Gridiron Grille.

Ralph Conti, Managing Principal of RaCo Real Estate, a development partner in Celebration Pointe, commented: “We essentially are coming out of the pandemic with only two small tenants who have closed, and we have already re-leased one of those spaces. Phase 1 remains some 93 per cent leased. Now we’re full speed ahead and preparing to break ground on The Promenade, which will present 80,000sq ft of in-line retail as well as a large sports entertainment anchor.”
