The renovation of Paso del Bosque, the important Rosario shopping centre that has been undergoing an expansion process since 2018, will be complete by December of this year.
This was reported by sources from the shopping centre in dialogue with the local media ON24. The project planned to open in these months, but there were delays due to problems with the supply of materials due to import restrictions.
In total, the new annex will total an additional 9,000sq m and will include some 35 new retail spaces, a medical clinic, six movie theatres and three dining venues. From the shopping centre they detailed to said medium that currently the new stores are already 70 per cent reserved and that they will seek to add more national brands.
Although they did not give brand names, it is known that national brands will arrive in areas such as clothing, perfumery and also household appliances. In addition, the business group in charge of Paso del Bosque is currently working on another shopping centre in the city of Paraná, province of Entre Ríos, which will seek to cut ribbons in September.
