The group has launched ‘The French Art De Vivre, A Dream to Share’ exhibition at The France Pavilion in Dubai Expo 2020.
Through the Middle East’s destination for luxury lifestyle, Tanagra, the exhibition brings together creations from three maisons: Baccarat, Bernardaud and Christofle, in a spectacular scenography. The exhibition is intended to highlight the rich know-how of French craftsmanship, whilst also offering a look into how innovation is driving the future of luxury.
Each space hosts a carefully curated selection of pieces with Christofle, which holds a very special place in Chalhoub Group’s history, housing the ‘Tree of Life’, which symbolises the brand’s attachment to its history, roots and international influence whilst also showcasing the unique goldsmith’s expertise and skills.
Meanwhile, Baccarat which creates signature pieces, displays the Medicis by the world-renowned Dutch artist, Hans van Bentem. Erected like a real sculpture of light at 2.5 metres tall, the creation is adorned with 13,000 octagons. The exhibition is also hosting an Artist Space by Tanagra, a manifestation of the creativity of three French artists, Colombe Faber, Sabine Blanchard and Gregorie de Lafforest.
