Wembley Park is to become home to another independent eatery after developer Quintain has signed a lease with Brazilian Rodizio restaurant operator Charro de Cuba.
The dining concept will occupy a 5,500sq ft space, with a restaurant covering the ground floor and a state-of-the-art Cuban cocktail bar serving small bites occupying a mezzanine level. Like its popular sister restaurant, Charro de Rio in Belsize Park, Charro de Cuba will feature an all-you-can-eat menu for a fixed price point, offering diners a wide range of charcoal barbequed meats and vegetarian alternatives.
Vered Mass, Owner at Charro de Cuba, said: “Having built up such a loyal customer base in Belsize Park and with the rising popularity of Latin American cuisine, we wanted to open our new restaurant somewhere that could match our ambitions – and Wembley Park was a natural fit.”
Neighbouring the National Stadium and The SSE Arena, Wembley, Charro de Cuba is the latest company to sign a lease on Wembley Park Boulevard, which is home to a growing number of F&B establishments and destination brands, providing a wide choice of places to eat and shop to residents, workers and visitors.
Matt Slade, Retail Director at Quintain, said: “Charro de Cuba is the latest in a long line of venues that are helping transform Wembley Park into a dining and leisure hotspot for residents and visitors alike. Joining the likes of Masalchi, BOXPARK, Pasta Remoli, Bread Ahead, Fuller’s, Black Sheep and the bars, cafés and restaurants of London Designer Outlet, Charro de Cuba’s arrival reinforces our transformation into a bustling, 365-day neighbourhood.”
