Chipotle Mexican Grill, the fast-casual restaurant serving responsibly sourced, classically-cooked real food with wholesome ingredients, announced it is opening a restaurant at the popular live entertainment, leisure, and retail destination, The O2.
Opening today, Chipotle’s new location has launched on the Greenwich Peninsula. This is the fourth venue Chipotle has opened this year, following the recently opened restaurant in Surrey at White Lion Walk – its first venue outside of Greater London. The restaurant also opened venues in Westfield White City Shopping Centre in June and Twickenham in April, taking the fast-casual restaurant to 17 UK locations in total.
Jacob Sumner, Director of European Operations at Chipotle said: “We are always looking for new communities to expand access to our real, fresh ingredients and The O2 is the perfect venue. As an innovator in the food industry, our fast-casual offering and purpose is to cultivate a better world and complement the dynamic pace of the destination and its eclectic mix of operators.”
Guests visiting Chipotle at The O2 can order in-restaurant or place their orders via the Chipotle app for mobile pick-up, or place a delivery order through a third-party delivery service like Uber Eats, Just Eat, or Deliveroo.
