Coach Singapore Introduces First Concept Store

The brand has unveiled its first concept store dubbed ‘Tommorow’s Vintage’ in celebration of the brand’s 80th anniversary.

The new small shophouse is located at 1 Teck Lim Road and features a bright yellow façade and interior with neon fixtures. The store pays homage to Coach’s history by displaying vintage items such as worn-out tiled floors, wooden interiors, and an old television showing films that feature Coach’s leather restoration specialist Debi the Restorer. Visitors can also find a selection of vinyl records from Brooklyn-based label Big Crown Records.

Tomorrow’s Vintage is home to a collection of Coach’s archival bag designs, including the Ergo and the Cashin designed by Bonnie Cashin. The store will be manned by craftsmen that have been trained by Mauricio, Coach’s master craftsman in New York City. These staff will be able to provide leather cleaning, monogramming and other customisation services.

To celebrate the launch of Tomorrow’s Vintage, Coach Singapore has introduced a mobile game called ‘Tikam Tikam’ for people visiting the concept store.
