British band Coldplay has announced an exclusive performance in Abu Dhabi as part of their Music Of The Spheres World Tour.
The show, scheduled for 11 January, 2025 at Zayed Sports City Stadium, will be the only one in the Middle East region. The tour has broken records, selling over 10 million tickets worldwide. Coldplay’s last performance in Abu Dhabi was in 2016.
Ticket sales will begin with an artist pre-sale on 25 September 2024 at 12pm, followed by a Live Nation pre-sale on 26 September at 12pm. General ticket sales will begin on 27 September 2024 at 12pm.
The band will also offer ‘Infinity Tickets’ at a lower price point, available from 22 November. These tickets, priced at €20 (AED82) equivalent in local currency, must be purchased in pairs.
Coldplay’s upcoming album, ‘Moon Music’, is set for release on 4 October 2024. The band claims it will “set new standards for sustainability”, with each LP made from recycled plastic bottles.
