Columbia Sportswear continues to expand in the Central American region, the Caribbean and Venezuela.
The last of these three has become a very important site for the business, with its recent openings in the cities of Caracas, in Sambil Chacao and Tolón Fashion Mall; as well as in the city of Maracay, in Parque Los Aviadores. The new opening in the Sambil Chacao shopping centre in Caracas, with 282sq m, is the largest Columbia store in Latin America.

A high growth potential is projected for the brand at a national level such as Venezuela, with an upcoming opening in Maracaibo; creating sources of employment and potentiating the economy of this country. Columbia launches its brand under the slogan Made for outside, and with its Facet 75 Mid Outdry campaign, whose objective is to encourage its customers to enjoy the outdoors and nature using its products and technologies on trails, volcanoes, and mountains.
