Metro Commercial and Barron Collier Companies are behind the 55-acre development in Naples, Florida.
Scheduled to open towards the end of 2021, Founders Square is set to become Naples’ newest mixed-use development project, including a 400-unit luxury apartment complex, a medical office building, an 110,000sq ft self-storage facility and a 40,000sq ft dining and retail plaza called The Pointe. A number of tenants have been announced for The Pointe including Fuji Sushi, Palumbo’s Pizzeria, South Street Grill and Tequila Cantina.
Eric Mallory, Executive Vice President of Metro, commented: “Each of the tenants have great outdoor space and the parking ratio is 12 to one. Our goal for The Pointe is a $20M restaurant volume. This area contains several large residential developments and there’s a restaurant void there at this time.”
The developers are looking for fitness, fashion, beauty and health brands to fill unoccupied spaces.
