Construction work for the new Bahia Real Retail & Leisure Park in Santander, Spain has now reached an advanced stage. The new development is located adjacent to the Valle Real Shopping Centre, which hosts twenty shops, restaurants and leisure facilites.
The project is already sixty percent leased by leading national brands such as Mercadona, Kiwoko and Milbby, while a nine-screen OCINE cinema complex will be able to host more than one thousand people.
Construction of this shopping and entertainment destination, designed by Chapman Taylor, is due to complete later this year. The scheme is expected to bring up to over five hundred jobs to the region.
