Majid Al Futtaim has appointed UNEC and Arif & Bintoak Consulting Architects and Engineers as the contractors for Phases 1 -3 of the project.
The Elan Neighbourhood will form part of Majid Al Futtaim’s Tilal Al Ghaf lifestyle destination. The project occupies an area of over 3 million square metres at the junction of Hessa Street and Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nayhan Street in Dubai. The heart of the project is the 70,000sq m ‘Lagoon Al Ghaf’ which offers a number of water sports and is enclosed by sandy beaches.
The Elan community will feature walkable neighbourhoods which are connected by a network of green spaces, pathways, cycling tracks and jogging trails. A signature Majid Al Futtaim retail selection is located within minutes of the walk from Elan.
