Polska KG Group has rebranded the outlet centre, which is now set to join the Designer Outlet Chain managed by Retail Outlet Shopping (ROS).
Initially, the Cracovia centre was set to be one of two outlets planned for the Krakow area, however now the centre is set to join ROS’s portfolio of Designer Outlet Chain’s which includes locations in Germany, Hungary, Croatia, Portugal and Poland.
“We’ve thought through the concept of our outlet centre in Krakow and prepared it down to the smallest detail. We have already managed to convince a number of big names to rent space. Our new name – Designer Outlet Krakow – strengthens our market position during the leasing providing our future customers with new opportunities,” commented Krzysztof Gaczorek, Chief Executive Officer of KG Group.
Designer Outlet Krakow will occupy an area of 20,000sq m GLA with 120 stores and six cafes and restaurants. The centre is scheduled to open in Autumn of 2021.
