David’s Bridal to provide online style assistance and hope to reopen soon

David’s Bridal, the nation’s largest bridal retailer is providing online style assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic and are also hoping to reopen stores that have been shut down.

As stores that were temporarily closed due to COVID-19 begin to reopen, David’s Bridal is launching virtual stylist and virtual appointment services. Over 300 stylists from across the country will be accessible to customers, from engagement to wedding day and beyond.

“It is truly remarkable to work alongside these virtual stylists. They love serving their brides in all the ways which matter most to her,” said Kelly Cook, David’s Bridal’s chief marketing officer. “After we tested this program, we received some of the highest Net Promoter Scores (NPS) in recent history. We know this is an incredibly emotional purchase, and we’re thrilled to continue delivering magical moments – even the virtual ones.”
