This new feature allows customers to top up their takeaway orders with grocery items from Deliveroo’s rapid grocery HOP sites, which will later expand to include other groceries.
Deliveroo UAE has introduced a new in-app feature that allows users to create a delivery order with both restaurant dishes and essential grocery items.
This customer-centric feature was developed in response to the observation that many customers often place a second order shortly after their initial one, Deliveroo said in a statement on Wednesday.
“Deliveroo’s new top-up feature allows us to provide a seamless delivery experience, whether it’s merging their preferred restaurant dishes with a head start on tomorrow’s breakfast or ensuring they’re prepared for an eventful evening,” Ziad Zein, Growth and Commercial Director at Deliveroo UAE said.
