Dubai’s Samana Developers has announced the launch of a new Greek Island-themed residential project in Dubai – Skyros.
Located in Arjan the project will offer 441 apartments including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with private pools. Almost all the units located in the residential project have private pools, the water element is a feature to create freshness and wellness.

Skyros will span over a total of 567,433s ft of total build-up area and feature leisure pool decks, a health club, indoor and outdoor gyms, a sauna, steam room, kids play areas, a rooftop basketball court, rooftop lounge, rooftop cinema, valet parking and retail spaces.
