Under construction in the centre of Skopje, the new mall is an integral part of a multifunctional complex called Diamond of Skopje.
The developer Limak Group has invested a total of €250M in the project to date, which apart from the new shopping mall, encompasses a five-star Limak Skopje luxury hotel, four residential towers with 772 units, a business centre, a green area of 11,000sq m and a closed parking space for 3,200 vehicles.
Diamond Mall will have a total leasable area of 48,000sq m and will accommodate 180 stores. Aside from retail, it will offer one of the biggest mall entertainment areas in the wider region called ‘Dream Zone’ consisting of 7,000sq m. Dream Zone will offer educational and entertainment facilities for people of all ages.
A dedicated space for gastronomy units has also been created called ‘Gourmet Avenue’, which will welcome a variety of open and semi-open cafes, bars and restaurants. Thanks to its unique architectural concept, which will create a superior experience by combining shopping, fun and socialising, Limak Group is confident that Diamond Mall will become the most popular gathering place for all inhabitants and visitors of the Macedonian capital.
