The globally acclaimed Taiwanese restaurant renowned for its authentic dining experience is delighted to announce the official opening date of its fourth UK restaurant in Canary Wharf.
The doors will open on Wednesday 26 February at Crossrail Place, offering East Londoners their first taste of the world-famous Xiao Long Bao and other culinary delights.
The 112-seat restaurant, complete with a private dining room for 16, offers a captivating dining experience. The central Show Kitchen allows guests to witness the artistry of the chefs handcrafting each Xiao Long Bao with the signature 18 folds. The elegant interiors blend traditional Chinese elements with modern design, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere.
Alongside the signature menu, guests will find two brand new additions inspired by Din Tai Fung’s global locations and crafted with local ingredients to evolve the dining experience beyond the celebrated Xiao Long Bao soup dumplings. These dishes expand the culinary repertoire while staying true to the precision and quality for which the restaurant is known and showcase their commitment to innovation.
