Disneyland and Disney California Adventure are both set to reopen to visitors from April 30.
After being closed for more than a year due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, Disneyland will finally reopen to guests by late April. Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will reopen on April 29, while Disney Vacation Club Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian will reopen on May 2.
Disney has confirmed that it will significantly limit capacity and manage attendance through a reservation system. The limited-time ticketed experience, A Touch of Disney, will continue as planned for visitors from today, March 18 to April 19. As of now, only residents of California can visit the Disneyland Resort.
The reopening will follow CAPA’s recently unveiled ‘Responsible Reopening Plan’ which looks to promote a Safer Economy. This plan recommends ‘no screaming’ on roller coasters.
