The Parlour bar holiday pop-up features a whimsical winter wonderland and will be open through January 2021.

Festive cocktails inspired by the green and grumpy Mount Crumpit resident himself include the green Grinch Flip consisting of Dimplomatico Matuano rum mixed with allspice, matcha infused cream and a splash of club soda.; Who Hot Chocolate spiked with rum and served with gumdrops and chocolate brittle, and the shimmering Martha May vodka cocktail garnished with green and red pop rocks and made of Finlandia vodka, a dash of white shimmer, cinnamon bitters, apple and lemon juice.
Those on the ‘naughty list’ can opt for the Lump of Coal with bourbon and blackberries or a Cheermeister shooter with mint mocha cream. There’s also a number of beers, shooters, bowls, wine and bubbles.
