The strategic partnership will see the pair work to develop Hainan’s travel retail market.
The partnership will initially focus on developing the Duty Free Operation at Mova Mall in Haikou – the capital of Hainan Island. Mova Mall is a major tourism and shopping destination that in 2019 welcomed as many as 22 million visitors. The Mall features shopping, dining and entertainment facilities and is now set to open the new downtown duty free shop in phases.
The new duty-free store will house a selection of perfumes, cosmetics, food and confectionary along with wines and spirits and luxury items such as sunglasses.
