Southeast Asia’s largest Dyson Demo store has launched in VivoCity, Singapore, creating what the brand has described as an immersive experience retail space.
The new store forms part of the brand’s global drive to further ‘grow is direct-to-consumer retail ambitions’ and it joins a portfolio of three smaller stores in the city which include Dyson Demo Zones in Westgate, Nex and Tampines Mall and Capitol Singapore.
Located on the first floor of the VivoCity shopping mall, the Demo Store spans an area of 172sq m, the store features several demonstration zones and interactive displays to create the customer in-store experience. Shoppers can access Dyson’s full portfolio of household appliances and trial products before purchasing.
The store also consists of The Dyson Beauty Lab where customers can have their hair-styled and meet the brand’s experts to get advice based on their hair type and styling preferences. Completing the officering the Personalisation Bar where customers can enjoy complimentary case embossing for their Dyson Supersonic hairdryer, Dyson Airwrap style, and Dyson Corrale straighter.
