ECE Brings Inditex Brands to Their-Galerie

With the three brands, Stradivarious, Bershka and Pull&Bear, ECE Marketplaces has brought three concepts to Dortmund’s Their-Galerie.

The three shops, which are directly adjacent to each other, will occupy a total area of more than 3,000sq m on the ground floor of the centrally located shopping centre. According to ECE, the opening is planned for the fourth quarter of 2025 after extensive renovation work.

The move also marks the gallery’s biggest restructuring to date: At the same time, the two best-selling brands Vero Moda and Jack&Jones are moving into two of their own shops within the centre and are significantly increasing their space in the process. The renovation work for this is underway and the opening is already planned for the end of January. Other new tenants are to follow.

“This leasing hat trick is not only a great success and an important milestone for the further development of the Thier-Galerie, but also an example of how attractive concepts continue to expand and shopping centres continue to be in high demand as retail locations,” says Steffen Eric Friedlein, Managing Director Leasing at ECE Marketplaces. According to Friedlein, this will also be an “initial spark for further leasing”.
