The Canadian-based furniture retailer has opened at Brookfield’ SoNo Collection Mall in Connecticut.
Occupying a space of 9500sq ft, the EQ3 store at SoNo is located on the second floor of the mall. The 112ft. long storefront is elegant and has been designed to be minimally welcoming for guests. The open layout of the store benefits from a careful lighting design that illuminates the store with a soft glow. The store highlights three key distinct areas and allows for a variety of furniture and accessory areas.
“We are thrilled to expand EQ3’s presence in the tri-state area, following the successful opening of our New York City flagship store in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighbourhood in 2019,” commented Mark Letain, President at EQ3.
New York International Architectural firm, KSI collaborated with EQ3 to bring their new store vision to life. Principal of KSI, Kenne Shepherd, comments: “We enjoyed the entire process of working with EQ3 on their SoNo Collection and New York stores. It has been very much of a collaborative process. EQ3’s design aesthetic is very similar to our own, making it easy for us to bring their retail vision to life.”
