Es Fanals Re-Opens to the Public

With views over the Mediterranean and the Tramutana mountain range, Es Fanals is set to re-open to the public on Wednesday for the 2024 season.

Offering a range of delicious signature dishes expertly crafted by Executive Chef Javier Lopez, guests can indulge in the Sóller prawn with oyster, caviar and fennel ice-cream, plus the glazed loin of Tramuntana suckling goat. Working closely with home-grown producers to champion locally sourced ingredients; Es Fanals creates an exceptional dining experience for both hotel guests and local Mallorca residents.

Blending tradition and innovation, guests are welcomed back for the 2024 season with a whole range of tasting menus, where authentic flavours from the Balearic Islands take centre stage. Inspired by the ‘es fanals’ lamps used by fishermen to lure their catch, the restaurant celebrates the ancient fishing heritage of the island it calls home.

In tandem with an exceptional menu, guests also have an opportunity to be immersed in the aromas and flavours of a meticulously curated wine list. Showcasing the best of the islands’ vineyards alongside renowned winemaking regions, the wine list is accompanied by a cocktail menu with a range of signature drinks and well-loved classics.
