Exie Launches First Brick-and-Mortar Stores Under Accent Group

The activewear brand has launched its first three brick-and-mortar store locations under its new partnership with Accent Group.

The launch of the three stores sees the brand bring its bold athleisure and loungewear to key shopping locations, including Westfield Fountain Gate and Eastland in Victoria, and Sunshine Plaza in Queensland. The stores have been designed to remind visitors of a gym, with chrome barbells serving as hanging railes and dumbbells and boxing equipment.

Christina Exie, Founder and Head of Apparel Design, said: “We’ve grown at an exponential rate, from inception to our first bricks-and-mortar stores in under two years. I’ve been patiently waiting through months of lockdown, and am thrilled to celebrate our long-awaited store openings as Melbourne reopens. We’re excited to expand and evolve the brand, and connect with our customers through a new in-store experience.”

Accent Group, which acquired the Exie brand in 2020, has said that it has already seen opportunities to expand the brand across Australia and New Zealand.
