The gorgeous and newly-opened Jubilee Mixology overlooks the stunning Al Wasl Dome, which features the largest 360 degree projection in the world.
Jubilee Mixology, which is situated on the 10th floor rooftop of the media centre, is an open-air space with a chic yet homely feel. The walls of the bar have been decorated with vases and photo frames whilst the ceiling has been designed to include faux flora and fauna. Colourful and bright furniture lines the glass wall, which offers a full view of the dome glistening in the night sky.
The atmosphere in the bar is filled with the sound of house, club classics, modern music, lounge, jazz and more, which comes from a live DJ. Meanwhile, guests can enjoy the signature bar menu which has been crafted by head chef Guilherme Freire. The menu includes dishes such as cured Hamachi, smoked duck and wagyu sandos.
The floor below the bar houses Jubilee Gastronomy, which is a unique dining experience with a premium chef’s table event. Once a week, acclaimed chefs from across the globe will host an exclusive four or nine-course menu, available for both lunch and dinner.
