In its continuous goal of optimising the shopping experience of its customers, Falabella Retail has expanded its universe of services with the installation of El Atelier Costuras, inside its store in Parque Arauco, specifically in the first basement.
This is a strategic alliance with the clothing repair shop El Atelier Costuras, which emerged as a family business more than 10 years ago and has a headquarters in the Providencia commune of the capital.
“We want to give customers the possibility of fixing their clothes inside our Parque Arauco store, without having to go to another place. This is in line with the ‘Give a Second Life to your Clothes’ initiative, where we seek to extend its useful life,” explained the Manager of Falabella Retail, Isabel Margarita Ibieta.
In this space, customers can access repair, transformation and sewing services for all types of textiles, being experts in complex repairs such as changing jacket linings and fitting garments, to name a few. Likewise, depending on the existing demand, it has express arrangements such as changes in closures, buttons and darning.
