The successful American barbecue restaurant chain has signed a 25-unit development agreement which will see the brand expand their portfolio.
Famous Dave’s of Americas is a chain of barbecue restaurants that are primarily located in the Midwestern United States. The restaurant is known for their iconic pork ribs, chicken, beef brisket all available with several flavours of barbecue sauce. The restaurant brand currently operates 125 locations, and is now partnering with Bluestone Hospitality Group to expand their offerings.
The partnership will see both Famous Dave’s ghost kitchens and dual restaurant concepts with Bluestone’s Italian brand, Johnny Carino’s. The brand also intends to roll out some drive-thru locations to grow into new territories.
