Festival Place has signed new deals with two growing UK health and beauty operators as part of the delivery of its long-term strategy that aims to attract the right tenants to the scheme.
Laser Clinics UK – the world largest aesthetic clinic group – has taken a 2,391sq ft store, while Covid-19 testing and clinical laboratory operator, Randox, has launched two test pick-up & drop-off facilities within Festival Place.
This follows Festival Place’s strategic leasing policy, which aims to increase the service provision throughout the centre to complement the traditional retail offer is a good illustration of the centre’s growing position as an all-day destination.
Neil Churchill, Centre Director for Festival Place, said: “We know that demand for healthcare and beauty services are on the up and that these facilities make a valuable contribution to the overall town centre experience.”
These new deals reflect a successful programme of lease renewals by Festival Place across the 200 retail, dining and leisure brands at the centre showing retailer confidence in the scheme. More than 20 new leases or lease renewals have been signed so far in 2021, all demonstrating Festival Place’s commitment to deliver long-term value.
