First Hong Kong Site for JustKitchen

The ghost kitchen operator JustKitchen will grow its operations into Hong Kong by launching its first facility in the territory.

Situated at North Point which is position in the Eastern District, the first JustKitchen facility in Hong Kong is on course to open in the middle of next month. To begin with, the selection of food menus that will be on offer will include Body Fit, Craftsman’s Soul-Made Ramen, Boba Mania, Formosa Chang and BIT Beef Noodle.

The business is also aiming to create mixology-based items and menus post-launch, given that alcohol delivery is allowed in Hong Kong. The delivery partners for the JustKitchen launch will be Foodpanda and Uber Eats.

“The Hong Kong expansion marks an inflection point in the global element of our competitive strategy,” said Jason Chen, Co-Founder, and CEO of JustKitchen. “Based on the solid foundation that we’ve established for the company in Taiwan, we are now ready to execute on the international expansion promised to shareholders and take our proven brands, technologies, and standard operating procedures to new markets from this point forward.”

The launch into Hong Kong is only JustKitchen’s second international market after Taiwan, with the company believing that the territory can support six to eight of its ghost kitchen locations.
