Situated on Abu Dhabi’s Reem Island, the highly-anticipated $1.2bn mega project, Reem Mall is almost a city in itself.
Upon completing the project, Reem Mall bring together 85 different dining option and over 450 stores across two million square feet of retail space. The highly-anticipated mall has now announced on its social channels today, that its very first store is now open to shoppers.
A huge new Carrefour hypermarket is now open at the mall, offering customers a vast selection for people to do their shopping from.
There has still been no clarification on when the rest of the mall will open however there are a number of exciting things to look forward to when the mega mall does open. The mall will be home to Snow Abu Dhabi, one of the world’s largest snow parks. Meanwhile, there will be themed-characters and 13 thrilling rides and attractions, including an enchanted tree, a snowflake garden, a crystal carousel, ice labyrinth, tobogganing and much more.
