Scheduled to open on 31 March, 2024, FIVE LUXE in Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah will have 222 hotel rooms and suites as well as 276 luxury residences.
FIVE Hospitality has announced the opening of their latest upscale development, FIVE LUXE, located on Palm Jumeirah beachfront.

Featuring unparalleled ultra-luxurious accommodations, distinctive signature suites, locally-inspired and globally recognised culinary delights and the fusion of the Ibizan lifestyle into Dubai through the unveiling of Playa Pacha, along with the exciting anticipation of Lío Dubai in 2025, FIVE LUXE promises an extraordinary journey filled with a variety of captivating ‘Vibe at FIVE’ experiences,” Aloki Batra, CEO, FIVE Hospitality and The Pacha Group said.
At the centre of FIVE LUXE will be Playa Pacha Beach Club, the first international venture from legendary nightlife entrepreneurs Pacha Group. The beach club is set to host internationally acclaimed DJs and live acts, kicking off with electronic duo Keinemusik on 13 April, 2024.
Accommodation at FIVE LUXE ranges from studios to expansive four-bedroom suites, many offering private pools. A range of signature suites have been designed with celebrity-worthy extravagances such as a ballroom, DJ booth and dedicated spa facilities.
Dining options at the destination will include seven F&B venues including the highly rated restaurant Ronin and World’s Best Bar winner Paradiso. Wellness facilities will also be provided at the ReFIVE Spa which will incorporate a 24-hour gym, indoor pool and treatments. Further additions are planned over the next two years including Pacha Group’s cabaret venue concept Lío Dubai, slated for a 2025 opening.
