FIVE Beach will join the group’s existing FIVE Palm Jumeirah and FIVE Jumeirah Village in Dubai.
The prime beach property will house 227 suites, 102 serviced residencies, seven restaurants and bars, a spa, a social pool and a private beach. Guests can enjoy the property’s uninterrupted sweeping sunset sea-views and FIVE’s iconic bespoke entertainment and culinary offerings.
The hotel will take a prime position in JBR’s famous beach strip, taking over the spot where Corinthia Meydan was set to open. FIVE Beach shows a number of similarities with the neighbouring FIVE Palm Jumeirah property including its cascading U-shaped structure and central pool.

The hotel is set to open in 2023 and is still currently under construction.
