Japanese athletic footwear and apparel brand Asics has opened its largest store in Southeast Asia. The new flagship appeared in Glorietta 2, Makati City in the Philippines.
The retail space features an expanded range of Asics merchandise – Performance Run, Core Performance Sports and Sportstyle apparel, footwear and accessories. The new collection includes GT 2000 11 TR, METASPEED+ and GEL-CUMULUS models.
The total area of Asics conceptual outlet is about 460sq m. Gazini Ganados, Kathleen Paton, Kirk Bond, Jefferson Lo and other famous sportsmen friends of the brand came to the opening of the new flagship.
The store is distinguished by its use of the latest technological advances in retail, in particular, the use of a 3D Foot ID Scanner. The outlet also has locker rooms and showers designed exclusively for ASICS Running Club members. Exclusive benefits from store vouchers to limited-edition ASICS merchandise and event invitations are also available to program members. Everyone is welcome to join the program – the brand posts invitations on their ASICS Philippines social media accounts.
