The brand has opened a new flagship in Sheffield’s Meadowhall Shopping Centre, housing the very first Flannels Beauty space.
The new Sheffield flagship store occupies an area of 55,000sq ft on which it sells menswear, womenswear, kidswear and accessories. It is also the very first Flannels store to include a Flannels Beauty space, which includes beauty changing rooms, interactive and private spaces that allow shoppers to experiment with a number of different products. Brands stocked in the Flannels Beauty space include such names as Tom Ford, Gucci and Dior.
Speaking of the new store, Michael Murray, Flannels Group Head of Elevation, commented: “Even before the events of last year, we felt that beauty retail was ripe for reinvention, so it feels like a natural progression for Flannels… we have no doubt these regional beauty flagships will excel.”
The company invested £10M into the new store, which is part of much bigger expansion plans with the Flannels store to open in Liverpool, covering 120,000sq ft and another flagship in Leicester earmarked to open by 2025.
