The two signature restaurants within the Four Seasons Kuwait at Burj Alshaya intend to rekindle the ‘discerning dining community’ in the area.
The Executive Chef Sebastiano Spiveri promises to bring an exciting energy back to the community through the two signature restaurant offerings: Sintoho, the rooftop venue which offers stunning panoramic views and offers a range of Asian dishes and up-market Italian venue, Dai Forni.
The heart of the Sintoho restaurant offering lies with a robata grill, sushi counter and teppanyaki station, positioning the brand as a firm favourite amongst guests for sharing-style dining. Key dishes include black cod, Peking duck and a range of sushi, sashimi, bao and tacos. Meanwhile, Dai Forni brings a range of pastas and pizzas to diners. Pizza toppings range from mozzarella and basil to tartufo pizza covered in black truffle shavings.
