The new dining destination called Novecento promises to bring a twist of refined French cuisine and the heart and soul of Italian fare, to offer guests an unforgettable experience.
The Novecento restaurant itself will be the centrepiece of the hotel’s lobby whilst the outdoor area will overlook the hotel pool. The all-day venue will offer light breakfast options such as pastries, created by celebrity pastry chef and Valrhona ambassador, Dimitris Chronopoulos.
Meanwhile, later in the day, guests will be able to enjoy an afternoon tea between 2pm and 5pm or the restaurant’s signature lunch and dinner options. The afternoon tea will act as the perfect opportunity to enjoy mini cakes, pastries and a cup of tea. Also on offer is house beverages and Cuban rolls.
The evening will bring together an extensive beverage selection and a collection of cigars that can be enjoyed whilst taking in the beautiful sounds of the restaurant’s resident pianist.
