The new 3D virtual showroom provides shoppers with a fully immersive experience to access expert advice whilst browsing products.
Customers are invited to virtually walk around the store where they can see products, and are even able to zoom in for a closer look. Every product in the Virtual Village is shoppable and presents customers with details, options, lead times and prices. Shop assistants are on hand to provide expert advice which is available live from the shop floor via phone, LiveChat or Video Call.
