As well as celebrating its third anniversary, Gaia has revealed that it will open three new outlets next year in Doha, Riyadh and London.
The Gaia concept was brought to life by Chef Izu Ani and Evgeny Kuzin, CEO and Co-Founder, Bulldozer Group with the first venue opening in Dubai in 2018. In each Gaia around the world, different parts of Greece are presented in different sections of the restaurant. Elements include Bougainvillea laced terraces that have been influenced by the Cyclades Islands whilst the streets of Athens are the inspiration for the souvenir shop.
The essence of the dishes in each location however remains the same in order to maintain the trust of guests. Ani says: “As we grow and expand internationally, our aim is to ensure the brand remains as authentic as it was when we first opened so that we can share our energy and integrity with the world.”
As the brand continues to expand, each Gaia restaurant will be home to a display of fresh fish and seafood. The focal point will continue to be the ice market display.
