Located in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, the flagship store has finally opened to the public.
Occupying a space of 900sq m the new store has opened presenting the retailer’s autumn collection for women, men, children and babies as well as a selection of denim products, t-shirts, khaki pants and Gap’s infamous logo adorned products. As well as all of the usual apparel items that are available at the store location, guests can also utilise the customisation area where they can add decorative embroidery, patches and pins to their products. This is one of the only customisation areas in the world and the first in Spain.
The American clothing retailer has commented on choosing Barcelona because “it is one of the most influential regions in the country and an emerging capital for global fashion, it also represents a great opportunity for the Gap brand.”
The flagship was scheduled to open in May however due to the Coronavirus, the store has just opened their doors to delighted customers.
