Glasshouse on the Roof at NYX Hotel to Launch

Officially opening its doors on Wednesday 15June, guests will travel 10 floors up, arriving at a sophisticated sanctuary of breathtaking views, curated cocktails and contemporary art works and interiors.

Positioned on the corner of Southampton Row in the heart of central London, Glasshouse is a four-minute walk from Holborn Tube Station, half a mile from Covent Garden and just a 12-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road station and the start of Oxford Street.

Standing 125ft high, Glasshouse’s magnificent panoramic views of central London and beyond are made possible by the retracting glass walls surrounding the venue. Open from 4pm, Wednesday to Friday, and midday on Saturdays and Sundays, the new venue also features a retracting roof, allowing guests to soak up the summer sun amidst a soundtrack of laidback electronica beats.

Guests can enjoy an extensive and carefully curated menu of cocktails. Options include the ‘Glasshouse Sidecar’ combining Courvoisier VSOP, lemon, Galliano L’Authentico, Grand Marnier Cuvee Louise Alexandre, and an ‘Orb Fashioned’ featuring Highland Park single malt, Disaronno Amaretto, pistachio syrup and chocolate bitters. For a simpler sip, customers can try the ‘Sting Star’ with Midori melon liqueur, fresh mint, lemon juice and sugar syrup, while the ‘Bling Bellini’ features a fresh and fruity mix with Pommery Champagne, peach puree and peach liqueur. A wide range of gin & tonics, beer, ciders and wine will also be available, with a whole section dedicated to tequila and mezcal – the hotel’s signature spirits.
