Gomez S.A. has expanded its logistic and warehouse base in western Poland to 12,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Poznań IX. JLL experts advised Gomez in the process of negotiating the leasing conditions.
Gomez S.A., which offers premium fashion brands in its brick and mortar stores and online shop, is developing its distribution facilities in the western part of Poland. The company has decided to increase its warehouse space to 12,000 sqm, which will have the capacity to accommodate over 750,000 items. Gomez was represented in the negotiation process by experts from international advisory firm, JLL.
Gomez is a premium fashion multibrand with brick-and-mortar shops and online sales of clothing, shoes, bags and accessories. Today, the Gomez portfolio consists of more than 150 top brands that are available on 12 European markets, including Germany and Italy.
The Swadzim distribution centre also supplies Gomez’s traditional stores, located in Poznań and Warsaw. Warehouses located near Poznan are a popular destination for e-commerce companies. This sector is currently the second most active in Europe with its share in the region’s total demand increasing from 12% to 23% in the last two years. At the same time, the Poznań region together with Upper Silesia has the largest supply in the warehouse sector.
