The pair has collaborated to present an afternoon tea set which will be offered at the hotel’s Mirage Bar & Restaurant from April 1 to June 30.
The afternoon tea set is titled ‘TROPICAL FANTASY’ and features an assortment of savoury and sweet treats that have been crafted with tropical ingredients. The afternoon tea has been coupled with two of Häagen-Dazs’s latest Cocktail Collection ice cream flavours.
The afternoon tea features an extensive selection of captivating pastries. Two of the sweet treats have been enhanced with Häagen-Dazs’ latest Cocktail Collection, Piña Colada ice cream and Lime Mojito sorbet. The afternoon tea also includes an irresistible Banoffee Tart, the Kiwifruit Macaron, the Lychee Martini Mousse cake, the Caramel Passionfruit Chocolate Bon Bon, the Renaissance Cheesecake, Plain Scone and Chocolate Scone. Savoury treats include a Shrimp Wonton taco, Caribbean Pulled Jerk Chicken ‘Bao’, Mixed Melon Salad with Serrano Ham and Smoked Salmon Croissant.
As well as being available in the Mirage Bar & Restaurant, the Tropical Fantasy Afternoon Tea Set is also available for self-pick up takeaway. The collection comes with a complimentary bag of dry ice to keep items cool.
