The room is located on the luxury department stores renovated floor that is dedicated to men’s clothing.
The dedicated sportswear space occupies an area of over 370sq m and is the latest step in Harrods’ ambitious renovation plan, which started in 2018. Nine permanent brand shops are so far located in the new environment including ON Running, Lululemon and Rapha as well as EA7, Fred Perry and Lacoste.A pop-up is also contained within the space and for the rest of the year, Australian cycling brand MAAP will be presented in the space, ‘deepening the Harrods offer for cycling communities.’
The concept for the new sports area was developed by David Collins Studio. The space intentionally mirrors the look and feel of the previously launched rooms and is complete with gray and white checked marble floors, marble columns and cool tones.
“The launch of this brand new environment represents the next step in our complete overhaul of the male universe within Harrods and is the final step in the project to bring our entire menswear offering into one centralised location on the second floor,” commented Simon Longland, Harrods Menswear Manager.
