Hermès’ has now seen its market value reach an all-time high of €80 billion, the value reached the eye watering amount after its stock price climbed by five percent.

According to reports, the new surge in revenue reflects what happened in the financial crisis of 2008, which saw the market price of luxury groups having an inverse correlation with economic downturn.
