The women’s shoes gallery is located on the 4th floor of the Hankyu Department Store Umeda Main Store, and the Hermès Aftersales Counter is on the second floor of the East Building of Hilton Plaza Osaka.
Though smaller in scale, the Osaka store bears a similar vibe to the grand to the Hermes store on Omotesando Street, Tokyo. Designed by Parisian studio RDAI, the 488sq m store is the first freestanding Hermès outlet in Tokyo.
