The skincare and facial treatment company is looking to ramp up its bricks-and-mortar portfolio, by adding hundreds of new stores in the next five years.
The move to expand comes following Heyday closing a $20M series B round of funding led by Level 5 Capital Partners (L5), with backing from existing investors – Lerer Hippeau and Fifth Wall Ventures. Currently, the brand operates ten locations, including seven in New York City. As part of their support, L5 will become an anchor Heyday franchisee and has committed to opening 40 stores over the next five year period.
“By expanding Heyday’s physical footprint to hundreds of stores in the next five years, paired with unique expert-led services available virtually, Heyday is poised to become the most trusted company in skincare,” said Chris Kenny, Managing Partner of Level 5 Capital Partners.
Heyday offers its customers a personalised facial treatment based on a number of factors including skin condition. Customers will also be able to purchase skin care products on site and online.
